ü   He is currently working in Persistent Systems group of companies for 16+ years leading various technical delivery as well as support functional teams.  Persistent Systems is a market leader in outsourced software product development services across the globe having development centres in several locations across India, United States, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia & Japan.

ü  During the initial 6 years of his career, he had worked as Scientist-D in Defense Research Development Organization in the areas of Armament research and development.
